Sommelier on the slope
An extraordinary appointment with tastings at high altitude!
Accompanied by a ski instructor you will spend a spectacular afternoon on the slopes, with extraordinary stops in several huts where there will be tastings guided by an expert sommelier. A perfect combination of sports and high-level tasting experiences!
“Sommelier in pista” event is organized in collaboration with “Consorzio Vini” and Alto Adige/South Tyrolean Sommelier Association.

De dl vin – Wine Ski Safari
Sunday, March 24, 2019, returns the 9th edition of the event De dl vin – Wine Ski Safari, an extraordinary event dedicated to lovers of good wine and skiing. Tastings atthe altitude of 2,000 m offers a unique experience.
The best white, red and sparkling wines of South Tyrol, DOC labels selected by the “Qualità Alto Adige” label, can be tasted at four ski huts of Alta Badia: Bioch,Tablá, Piz Arlara and Pralongiá, with each being assigned a specific wine production district: Valle Isarco, Merano-Val Venosta, Bolzano and surroundings, Lower Atesina-Oltradige.
Skiing from hut to hut, on the wonderful on the spectacular slopes of the Alta Badia ski area. Various musical groups of different genres will accompany the event.

Roda dles Saus – Week of the flavours – Presentation of our traditional dishes
Do you desire the traditional flavors of the alpine culture, in particular Ladin?
Here’s a great opportunity for you. From 17th to 24th March the Alta Badia ski huts offer typical dishes and specialties. The most famous being buckwheat gnocchi with venison and Celeriac Ragu, especially created in honour of this event!
Each dish is carefully paired with an excellent wine from South Tyrol.
The event is brought to life by the accompainment of live music.
